BACKGROUND:
This is a request to modify the conceptual site plan attached to Special Use Permit 385 (SUP-385) and replace an approximately 300 square-foot metal shed with an approximately 1,216 square-foot canopy.
SUP-385 consists of two properties located at the northwest and northeast corners of West Jackson Road and Crowley Drive.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On February 1, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
Staff recommends APPROVAL and adoption of the ordinance.
