BACKGROUND:
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for fiscal year ended September 30, 2023, has been completed and distributed to the City Council members. The Audit/Finance Committee of Council met directly with FORVIS, LLP management representatives on February 1, 2024. The ACFR is available electronically on the City’s website.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Pass a resolution acknowledging receipt of this report.
