BACKGROUND:
The applicant is requesting an amendment to SUP-339 to modify the conceptual plans and allow a maintenance facility on the property.
SUP-339 was approved on April 3, 2007, and currently allows a country club.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On February 1, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
Staff recommends APPROVAL of the request with stipulations.
