BACKGROUND:

This is a request for approval of a Special Use Permit to allow an amusement arcade (excluding adult arcade) at 2540 Old Denton Road, suite 102. The amusement arcade will have a maximum of 39 arcade machines.

                     

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On February 1, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.

 

Staff recommends APPROVAL with stipulations.
