Body
BACKGROUND:
An existing 74-inch storm drain crosses beneath the BNSF railroad tracks west of Buckskin Circle. An agreement between the Railroad and the City expired prior to 2006. This will allow for the continued conveyance of stormwater through the existing drainage structure and for ongoing maintenance of the structure.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
The agreement for the storm drain crossing through 2030 is in the amount of $4,000.00 with a license fee of $500.00, for a total cost of $4,500.00.
