BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of an amendment to Special Use Permit No. 440 (SUP-440) to allow warehouse and distribution uses. The amendment will replace the previously approved SUP-440 for the Wisdom Academy private school that has since decided to relocate to a different part of the City.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On April 4, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with staff stipulations. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
Staff recommends APPROVAL and adoption of the ordinance.
