Consider A Resolution Appointing A Member To The Tax Increment Finance Reinvestment Zone #1 Board.

BACKGROUND:
Fred Meijering moved out of Carrollton and is no longer eligible to serve. The Tax Increment Finance Reinvestment Zone #1 Board currently has an alternate available to be appointed as a full member.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff recommends the Council appoint the current alternate, Melvin Chadwick, to the board.
