BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of a Special Use Permit to allow an amusement arcade (excluding adult arcade).
The amusement arcade will consist of 45 gaming devices.
No public comments were received.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On January 2, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations.
Staff is recommending APPROVAL of the SUP request with stipulations and adoption of the proposed ordinance.
