BACKGROUND:
This is a City-initiated case to reassess the continued appropriateness of two special use permits. Neither of the properties are being used or likely to be used for the approved land uses.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On October 5, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
Staff recommends APPROVAL and adoption of the ordinance.
