BACKGROUND:
The applicant is requesting approval of a special use permit (SUP) for a tattoo parlor.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On April 4, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request. However, on May 28, 2024, the applicant withdrew the SUP request after the public hearing notice was already mailed for the June 4, 2024, City Council meeting.
Staff recommends that City Council accept the applicant’s request for withdrawal.
