BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of a special use permit for a used car and boat dealership with outdoor display.
The business relocated from 1835 Forms Drive and received a certificate of occupancy for a used car and boat dealership -- with indoor display only -- in October 2015.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On January 7, 2016, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL with stipulations. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission. Although no public opposition has been received, the action of the Commission was not unanimous. Therefore, this item is being placed on the Public Hearing - Individual Consideration portion of the agenda.
