Body

Background:

This is a request for an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map (FLUM) to change the land use designation for an approximately 8.36-acre site from “Low Intensity Office” to “Single-Family Residential.”

 

A companion request to amend the zoning on this same tract is on this agenda (Case No. PLZ 2026-079 Kelly Cove - Zoning) and both requests are conditional on each other.

 

Staff Recommendation/Action Desired:

On July 2, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request.

 

Staff recommends APPROVAL and adoption of the attached resolution.

 

The attached resolution reflects the action of the Commission.
