Background:
Fleet Services recommends the purchase of one (1) Ford F-150 truck and four (4) Ford F-250 trucks. Of these, one (1) F-150 and one (1) F-250 will be assigned to the Parks Department, one (1) F-250 will be assigned to the Animal Control Department, and two (2) F-250 trucks will be assigned to the Public Works Department. All vehicles being replaced are scheduled for retirement based on the Fleet Replacement Policy, which considers age, maintenance, and mileage.

These trucks will be purchased with customized lighting packages, truck bed configurations, and other options to meet the needs of the respective departments. All trucks will be used by department staff for daily operations.

Financial Implications:
The vehicles will be purchased using previously approved budget funds in the Fleet Replacement Fund and the Water Fund.
