Background:

This is a request for approval of an amendment to Planned Development No. 44 (PD-44) and rezoning from (HC) Heavy Commercial District to (SF-5/12) Single-Family Residential District.

 

A separate case related to this request, PLMA 2026-078 Kelly Cove (Comp Plan), is on this agenda and proposes to change the land use designation from Office - Low Intensity to Single Family Residential.

 

Staff Recommendation/Action Desired:

On July 2, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations.

 

Staff recommends APPROVAL with stipulations and adoption of the attached ordinance.

 

The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
