BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow a short-term rental (STR) on a single-family detached residential property located at 2120 Kings Road.
Public comments were received, and staff calculated the percentage of land in opposition, in accordance with state statutes. The total percentage of land in opposition is 3.44 percent.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On March 6, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request with stipulations.
Staff recommends APPROVAL with stipulations.
The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
