Background:

The purpose of this item is to approve the legislative priorities for the City of Carrollton, TX for the 90th Texas State Legislative Session. These priorities will help guide the City’s legislative consultant, staff, and elected officials in communicating the City’s priorities to its State representatives.

 

The Council Legislative Committee reviewed and provided preliminary approval of the attached legislative agenda.

Staff recommends approving the Resolution as attached.
