BACKGROUND:
The changes to Chapter 52 of the City of Carrollton’s Code of Ordinances are for the purpose of clarifying the language used and bringing the ordinances into alignment with state code.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
There are no anticipated financial implications.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff recommends City Council approve the changes to Chapter 52 of the City of Carrollton’s Code of Ordinances for the purpose of clarifying the language used and bringing the ordinances into alignment with state code.
