BACKGROUND:

The applicant’s request is to amend Planned Development District 185 (PD-185) to modify conceptual plans and to revise development standards for a proposed restaurant.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On November 2, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.

 

Staff recommends approval and adoption of the ordinance.
