Consider Authorizing The City Manager To Approve An Agreement With FieldTurf USA, Inc. Pursuant To Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) 25-012 For The Purchase And Installation Of Synthetic Turf For McInnish Field #16, In A Total Amount Not To Exceed $1,753,120.95.

BACKGROUND:
This contract will be utilized by the Parks and Recreation Department to install synthetic turf at McInnish Sports Complex Multipurpose Field #16. Funding for this project was approved during the 2022 Bond Election.
Bid notifications were posted online, previous and interested vendors were contacted, as well as advertisements placed in the Dallas Morning News. A total of three (3) responses were received and they were evaluated by a three (3)-person committee. FieldTurf USA, Inc. was selected based on this evaluation and determined to be the best overall value for the City.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Services for CSP #25-012 will be purchased from budgeted funds for the cost center and amount as listed below. A 15% contingency is included.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff recommends that City Council authorize the City Manager to approve an agreement with FieldTurf USA, Inc. pursuant to CSP 25-015 for the purchase and installation of synthetic turf for McInnish Field #16 in an amount not to exceed $1,753,120.95.
