BACKGROUND:
This is a City-initiated request for approval to amend Article XXXII ‘Board of Adjustment’ of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to update the Carrollton Airport Zoning Map date.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On November 2, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
Staff recommends approval and adoption of the ordinance.
