BACKGROUND:

This is a request to amend PD-45 to change the base zoning from (O-1) Office District to (LR-2) Local Retail District.  The rezoning will also modify development standards and provide conceptual plans.

 

The properties are already developed, containing two buildings with mostly restaurants on two tracts of land.

 

No public comments were received.

 

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

There are no financial implications on the current and future operating budgets regarding this request.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On March 6, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request.  Staff is recommending approval. 

 

The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
