Title
Consider Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into An Agreement With Carahsoft Technology Corporation, Through A Co-Operative Agreement With Texas Department Information Resources Under DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-5687, For The Purchase Of Procore Project Management Software In An Annual Expenditure Amount Not To Exceed $125,846.96, For A Three-Year Period Total Amount Not To Exceed $377,540.88.

Body
Background:
Engineering has utilized Procore as the City’s capital project management platform since 2021 to centralize documents, submittals, RFIs, drawings, inspections, financial controls, and project communications across capital projects. Financial Implications:
Staff proposes purchasing Procore software from Carahsoft Technology Group in an amount not to exceed $377,540.88 under DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-5687. Funding is available and budgeted in the Engineering Department’s Software Maintenance Fund. The quoted configuration and term are detailed in Carahsoft Quote No. 6135627...
