Background:

This is a request for approval of a Special Use Permit to allow an amusement arcade (excluding adult arcade) at 2323 Old Denton Road, Suite 130.

 

The amusement arcade will consist of 56 arcade machines or gaming stations.

 

Staff Recommendation/Action Desired:

On October 1, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations.

 

Staff recommends APPROVAL with stipulations.

 

The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
