Background:

This is a request for approval of a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow “permanent makeup service” as an allowed use at 3730 N. Josey Lane, in Suite 109. The applicant proposes a combination of instructional courses pertaining to the application of permanent makeup and providing permanent make-up services to general customers. The business proposes locating in Suite 109, which is approximately 2,600 square feet.

 

Staff Recommendation/Action Desired:

On October 1, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations.

 

Staff recommends APPROVAL with stipulations and adoption of the attached ordinance.

 

The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
