Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate and Execute An Advance Funding Agreement (AFA) With The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) To Fund Design and Construction Of A Shared Use Trail Along Kelly Blvd.
Body
Summary:
The purpose of this item is to receive grant funding for the design and construction of a shared use trail parallel to Kelly Blvd between the DART Silver Line and the Carrollton Purple trail in a maximum amount of $3,500,000. This grant will allow the City of Carrollton to design and construct a shared use trail along Kelly Blvd between the DART Silver Line and the Carrollton Purple Trail.
