Background:

Fleet Services recommends the purchase of one (1) Kenworth T480 concrete mixer to be assigned to the Public Works Department. This vehicle is being replaced in accordance with the Fleet Replacement Policy based on age, maintenance costs, and mileage. The unit will be used daily by Public Works staff to support the utility replacement program.

The concrete mixer will replace Unit 7062, a 2016 Kenworth T470.

This amount includes a 10% contingency, if needed.
