Receive Update On The Progress Of The Downtown Grain Silo Mural.

BACKGROUND:
On September 24, 2024, City Council selected Articulation Art to create a Downtown Mural Program. The grain silos were the first canvas selected to receive a new mural. The TOD Committee and Downtown Arts Council continues to review the mural designs. Lesli Marshall, from Articulation Art, will present a progress report for the Downtown Grain Silo Mural.
