BACKGROUND:

Planned Development 167 (PD-167) was re-established in 2012 for an assisted living facility. The request is to amend PD-167 to allow a new administration office building.

 

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

There are no financial implications on the current or future operating budgets regarding this request.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On May 7, 2020, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request.  The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.

 

Staff recommends approval and adoption of the ordinance.
