Background:

This is a request for approval to establish a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow surface parking as a principal use on an undeveloped lot.

 

Staff Recommendation/Action Desired:

On August 6, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations.

 

Staff recommends APPROVAL with stipulations and adoption of the attached ordinance.

 

The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
