Background:

This is a request for approval of an amendment to Special Use Permit No. 018 (SUP-018) to allow a “tattoo parlor, piercing, and/or permanent makeup service” and to remove “child day care service” as an allowed use at 2515 N. Josey Lane. The applicant is proposing a permanent makeup salon and will be in an approximately 152-square-foot suite.

 

Staff Recommendation/Action Desired:

On June 4, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations.

 

Staff recommends APPROVAL with stipulations and adoption of the attached ordinance.

 

The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
