BACKGROUND:
As the City of Carrollton strives towards its goal to provide better, faster, and friendlier service to our residents, customers and partners both inside and outside the organization, the City recognizes team members who exemplify the Carrollton Difference. Twice per year, staff throughout the organization can nominate individuals and teams who exemplify the Carrollton Difference traits to Always Be the Best, Drive Positive Change, Provide Value for Citizens, and Help Others Succeed. The most recent Outstanding Performance Award nomination process yielded many deserving candidates. The following individual award recipient has elected to receive his Outstanding Performance Award recognition from the City Council:
• Calvary Zender, IT Project Manager, Information Technology Department.
More information about Calvary’s impressive contributions to the City of Carrollton organization and community will be included in the presentation. He will receive a certificate of appreciation from the City Manager, leave time, and a record in their employee files of their Award and contributions.
