Background:
Fleet Services recommends the purchase of five Solar Tech Silent Messenger board trailers to be assigned to the Public Works and Police Department. These trailers are being replaced in accordance with the Fleet Replacement Policy based on age, maintenance costs, and hours. The units will be used daily by Public Works and Police Department staff.
Current message boards 2391, 9219, 9223, 9239, 9240 will be replaced.
Financial Implications:
These trailers will be purchased using funds from the Fleet Replacement Fund.
