Background:
The property is zoned (SF-7/14) Single-Family Residential District with Special Use Permit (SUP-263) for an Elementary & Secondary School, Private. The applicant is requesting to amend the conceptual plans associated with SUP-263 to add a sports field and modify the parking lot.

SUP-263 was established on October 17, 2000, allowing a private school with a maximum enrollment of 75 students and requiring the development to be in conformance with a site plan. SUP-263 was later amended and approved on September 3, 2013, allowing an increase in the number of students from 75 students to 150 students and requiring the development to be in conformance with a site plan.

Financial Implications:
There are no financial implications on the current and future operating budgets regarding this request.

Staff Recommendation/Action Desired:
On June 4, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request with stipulations.

Staff recommends APPROVAL with stipulations as listed in the attached Results Sheet.
