BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of a special use permit to allow an “Automobile or Light Load Truck Sales (Used)” in an approximately 7,875 square foot lease space located at 3333 Earhart Drive, Suite 120.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
There are no financial implications on the current or future operating budgets regarding this request.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On May 7, 2020, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
Staff recommends approval and adoption of the ordinance.
