Background:

This is a request for approval of a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow “Other Motor Vehicle Sales” on property zoned (LI) Light Industrial District.  The applicant proposes selling trailers from this location, in Suite 160; however, they will not be stored on the property.  In the event they are stored on site, they will be located entirely within the 9,000-square-foot leased tenant space.

 

Staff Recommendation/Action Desired:

On October 1, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations.

 

Staff recommends APPROVAL with stipulations and adoption of the attached ordinance.

 

The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
