Background:
Fleet Services recommends the purchase of one (1) International CV515 dump truck and two (2) International HV607 dump trucks assigned to the Public Works Department. All vehicles being replaced are scheduled for retirement based on the Fleet Replacement Policy, which considers age, maintenance, and mileage.

These trucks will be purchased with customized lighting packages, dump bed configurations, and snow plow and sand-spreading connections to meet the needs of the Public Works Department. All trucks will be used by department staff for daily operations.

Financial Implications:
International CV515 (1 unit) Replaces Public Works Unit 6019 $ 108,151.60
International HV-607 (2 units) Replaces Public Works Unit 7058 & 7059 $ 349,170.94
Contingency if needed: $ 45,732.25
Total: $ 503,054.79
