BACKGROUND:

This is a request for approval of a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow lighted athletic fields for outdoor padel courts located at 3000 Belmeade Drive.

 

The previous use was an indoor/outdoor athletic facility.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On October 2, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request with stipulations.

 

Staff recommends APPROVAL with stipulations.

 

The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
