Body

BACKGROUND:

This is a request for approval of an amendment to SUP-391 to allow an “automobile, motor vehicle, heavy load truck and watercraft paint and body shop, and to allow outside vehicle storage.”

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On February 1, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with an added stipulation prohibiting an automobile, motor vehicle, heavy load truck and watercraft paint and body shop.  The commission does support the continued use of automotive and light load truck repair with stipulations.  The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.

Staff recommends APPROVAL of the request with the Commission’s stipulations.
