Background:
The City Council awarded a contract on December 5, 2023, to Deckard Technologies, Inc. in the total three-year amount of $71,250.00. The scope of the project is to utilize a software system that provides a booking website review for safety inspections at industrial, residential, commercial and multi-family properties.
Deckard Technologies, Inc. had a price increase of 5%. This change order in the amount of $1,187.50, will cover the final renewal year for the system.
