BACKGROUND:

The applicant is requesting to amend SUP-486 to modify the conceptual plans by expanding a building by approximately 3,100 square feet, allowing used automobile sales and a paint and body shop and vehicle repair garage as accessory uses.

 

SUP-486 was approved on August 22, 2022, and currently allows a used car dealership with indoor vehicle inventory for sale only.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On November 2, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.

 

Staff recommends approval and adoption of the ordinance.
