Body
BACKGROUND:
This is a request to establish a special use permit for a used car dealership with outdoor display.

This case was originally considered by the Planning & Zoning Commission on February 5, 2015, and was recommended for approval.

On March 2, 2015 City Council continued the case to the March 17, 2015 meeting in order to allow the case to be reconsidered by the Planning & Zoning Commission due to a public hearing case caption error.  On March 5, 2015 the Planning & Zoning Commission re-approved the case.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On March 5, 2015 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL with staff stipulations.  Because the action of the Commission was unanimous and no public opposition has been received, this item is being placed on the Public Hearing - Consent portion of the agenda.
