The Sections To Be Amended Are Article V Use of Land and Structures, Article XXIV Off-Street Parking And Article XXXIV Definitions. Case No 09-015ZT1 CZO Text Changes/City Of Carrollton. BACKGROUND:
This is a City-initiated request to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to make various text amendments. Amendments to the text within the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance are routinely proposed for updates and revisions.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On November 5, 2015, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the proposed amendments. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission. If necessary for further consideration and revision, this item may also be continued to the December 15, 2015 meeting. The goal of staff is to have these amendments become effective on January 1, 2016.
