Consider Approval To Add A Playground To Josey Ranch Softball Complex By Webuildfun.inc Through An Inter-Local Agreement With BuyBoard In An Amount Not To Exceed $60,000.

BACKGROUND:
As part of the FY2016 budget process, council approved funds to add a playground to Josey Ranch Softball Complex. The center island at the complex has not provided much use for visitors to our complex since it was built over 25 years ago. With the addition of a playground, the space would provide an added benefit to all leagues, tournaments and rentals at that complex.

The playground will be funded out of the following account:

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff recommends approval of the playground for Josey Ranch Softball Complex by Webuildfun.inc in an amount not to exceed $60,000 using the City’s existing agreement with BuyBoard.
