Discuss Possible Annexation Of An Approximately 4.5-Acre Tract Located On The West Side Of Charles Street Between Plano Parkway And Hebron Parkway.

BACKGROUND:
Staff has received an inquiry from St. Sarkis Armenian Church regarding the possibility of having the proposed site of their new church annexed into the City of Carrollton. Their plans are to move from their existing Carrollton location at 1805 Random Road.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
The purpose of this presentation is to determine the level of Council support for this potential annexation. If Council indicates support, staff will develop an annexation schedule. Note that due to State law at least one special meeting may be required.
