BACKGROUND:

This is a request to amend PD-141 to allow for private recreational sports facilities and private retail development.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On January 7, 2016 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL with modified stipulations.  The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.    Because the action of the Commission was unanimous and no public opposition has been received, this item is being placed on the Public Hearing - Consent portion of the agenda
