Consider Approval Of A Land Use Agreement At McInnish Park With Blue Sky Sports.

BACKGROUND:
In September 2015 the City of Carrollton and Blue Sky Sports Center entered into an agreement for a ground lease on land east of McInnish Park.
This agreement will allow for Blue Sky to use the McInnish Park soccer fields when it is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
This will not interfere with any existing soccer games or uses currently allowed at this park.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
There is no financial impact to the City.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff recommends City Council approve this usage agreement with Blue Sky.
