BACKGROUND:
On November 17, 2015 City Council selected Catalyst Commercial to provide an assessment of current conditions and develop an action plan for continuing to improve the health and quality of Carrollton’s shopping centers and retail environment.
Catalyst Commercial’s work is complete. They will make a presentation to City Council at the September 20, 2016 worksession to present their findings.
