Consider A Resolution Appointing Members To The Historic Preservation Advisory Committee.

BACKGROUND:
The terms of four seats on the Historic Preservation Advisory Committee expire on October 31, 2016. Council discussed new appointments and reappointments for these seats in a worksession on September 20, 2016.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff requests this resolution be passed appointing members to this board.
