Consider A Resolution Appointing Members To The Capital Improvements Plan Advisory Committee.

BACKGROUND:
The terms of four seats on the Capital Improvement Plan Advisory Committee expire on October 31, 2016. One member has resigned. Council discussed new appointments and reappointments for these seats in a worksession on September 20, 2016. Council chose to reappoint Harry Hunt but he has since withdrawn his application therefore one more applicant must be selected to serve. Applications were provided to Council via Dropbox.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff requests this resolution be passed appointing members to this board.
