BACKGROUND:
The terms of five seats on the Library Board expire on October 31, 2016. Council discussed new appointments for these seats in a worksession on September 20, 2016.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff requests this resolution be passed appointing members to this board.
